Cancellation of writing services can be made within three days of agreement without fee.
Cancellations of package agreements must be made 30 days prior to the date service is to be cancelled. Cancellations requested as “effective immediately” involve 20% fee for the final month of service.
20% fee will be invoiced for cancellation of same-day delivery assignments.
