Performance and Production Licensing Rights

Full-length stageplays:

Performance rights for all full-length stageplay titles by Benn Farrell are available for a minimum $55 per performance and 8-percent of ticket sales. The scale of royalties is lined up as follows (each are to be accompanied with 5-percent of ticket sales):

1-49 seat venue: $55 per performance, 8% box office

50-399 seat venue: $65 per performance, 9% box office

400-plus seat venue: $75 per performance, 10% box office

One-Act Plays:

Performance rights for all one act stageplay titles by Benn Farrell are available for minimum $25 per performance and 4-percent of ticket sales. The scale of royalties is lined up as follows (each are accompanied with 5-percent of ticket sales):

1-49 seat venue: $30 per performance, 4% box office

50-399 seat venue: $40 per performance, 5% box office

400-plus seat venue: $50 per performance, 6% box office

Screenplays:

Screenplays written by Benn Farrell are available for option or production rights on a title by title basis. No intellectual rights are available in general.

Licensing and royalties are negotiable with the author solely (until otherwise noted) for offers of travel and hotel accommodations for qualifying production companies, educational theatre programs at the high school and post-secondary education levels and qualifying non-profit organizations/charitable events.
